A Special from Fort Buford
to the Pioneer-Press says Sitting Bull and 187 of his band were embarked on the
steamer General Sherman for "Standing Rock" this morning in charge of Captain
Clifford and escort. Sitting Bull is silent, and seeks to seclude himself
from all association with the tribe or troops.
