At the First Presbyterian Church, in this city, on Tuesday, Mr. S. T. Buford of Louisville, and Miss Nellie Z. Lewis were married by Rev. J. L. Zeigler, of the First Presbyterian Church.
Mr. Buford is a valued employee of the Louisville Telephone Co. His bride is the pretty and popular daughter of Maj. Frank P. Lewis and wife of the West Side.
The church was beautifully decorated with palms, ferns, etc and was packed with the friends of the young couple.
After the marriage a reception was given at the residence of the bride's parents on Benson street, West Side.
They
left on the East-bound C. & O for a wedding trip, after which they will go to
housekeeping in Louisville.
