A Rockaway reporter telegraphs that when the wharf fell recently and thirty odd persons went down, "Nine-year old Noah Buford received a scalp wound on the head." It is supposed that this will relieve the anxious relatives, who might have imagined that little Noah received his scalp wound internally.
