Sitting Bull's son was recently induced to sit for his photograph at Fort Buford. The young buck was very suspicious that the camera was some kind of an infernal machine, but finally consented on condition that he might sit with his revolver in his hand, and at the first sign of danger shoot the artist. The artist decided to take the chances, and a fine cabinet picture was the result.
