Colonels; Edward Stevens, Daniel Morgan, James Wood, Samuel Meredith, Charles Lewis, and David Mason, esquires.
Lieutenants Colonels; Christian Febiger, John Gibson, Lewes Willis, John Neaville, Richard K. Meade, and James Innis, Esquires.
