BUFORD HEADS VIRGINIA BAR

Lynchburg, Virginia June 7 -- The Virginia State Bar Association, in convention here today, elected E. P. Buford of Lawrenceville, president for the ensuing year and re-elected John B. Minor of Richmond, Secretary and Treasurer.  Speakers for the session today were E. P. Buford and James E. Cannon, the latter of Richmond, who discussed recent law changes by the Legislature.
